ALDER GRANGE - PHILIP McCULLOUGH WINS NHBC REGIONAL AWARD
Philip McCullough retains his Regional NHBC Pride in the Job Award this time for his work at Alder Grange
Dunlop Homes are delighted that Philip McCullough has won the National House Building Council Northern Ireland and Isle of Man Regional Award for his work at Alder Grange. This is Philips fourth NHBC award.
He now travels to London, representing Northern Ireland, at the prestigious National Awards. We wish him every success. He joins only 36 other regional winners from throughout the UK and Isle of Man at the final in January 20010.
Philip said I am pleased to accept this award on behalf of all the team who worked on Alder Grange. Winning the Regional Award reflects the high standards set by Dunlop Homes and the team's hard work in achieving such high standards and the professional approach taken by everyone who worked on the development.
As well as undergoing spot checks on the day to day running of the sites, each manager has been assessed across 38 areas of site management including their technical knowledge, consistency in the build process and the quality controls they may have in place.
Imtiaz Farookhi, NHBC Chief Executive, says: With a range of challenges facing the house-building industry, building quality new homes has never been more important. For more than 28 years Pride in the Job has been rewarding those site managers, who through their uncompromising approach to site management, produce exceptional new homes which are built and finished to the highest possible standard.
It takes an exceptional level of commitment and attention to detail to win a Regional Award. As well as creating beautifully finished homes that are a pleasure to live in, these site managers are testament to the high standards that can be achieved..
