Mobile Professional

The Mobile Professional provides people / staff, availability and appointment management in addition to the core commercial package features. Advanced pricing options can be applied to different types of services & times.

For client based services journey times are calculated to allow direct bookings by clients themselves for different time slots. For studio or office based appointments the client is provided with directions, but journey times are not required: both options work using the same booking system.

These are the core components we have organized into folders as a starter "Mobile Professional" Platform.

You can start with this using our default set up, and modify it later with us if you want.

You can drag and drop re-order these to get a feel, but to actually modify or add components choose "create & modify".

Getting started: What you need.

To get up and running you need:

  1. to have entered people's working weeks, daily start and end times
  2. any dates that they are off (date blocks), or any days that they are off each week,
  3. times in the day (lunch for example).
  4. Photographs mean a lot and personalize the booking process.
  5. If you are providing services at Clients' locations then a maximum journey time for your people needs to be entered from either your company base or each team member's location.

  6. For taking online transactions you will need a PayPal address to get started. By default, appointments have pricing based on the appointment time in minutes, and the type of appointment it is for, so these are entered in as services - again here you will want to have supporting images.

That is it, you are now ready to take appointment bookings. Start with the GoesGlobal domain, or provide us with your own domain name.
